It was a really intresting 2010 in what we had in the internet Marketing. Look back over the past 12 months and you can find lot to discuss: online marketing, social media marketing, the role of technology, mobile technology, blogging and so much more but still there are sector especially in Le Marche that prefere to invest in old technologies.
Even if, over the past few years there’s been an explosive growth in the number of things marketers can do online, it surprises as some real estate professionals from Le Marche have decided to promote their activity in an apparently “1.0 way”, in a TV Show that attracts spectators interested in interior design, home decorating, gardening and expatriate programmes.
Nobody if not holding the answer to the question: How will people look for homes in the future? can criticize their decision.
Actualy the formula of the show it is well experimented. This is the forth series and previously were presented several different countries: Dorset, Spain, Cyprus, France, East Sussex, Suffolk, Devon, Kent, Puglia, French Riviera, Abruzzo, Weymouth,Cesme-Turkey, Dublin, Donegal, Crete.

Central the pleasant figure of the presenter Jenni Falconer that would be really apprecciated by Italians. She guides and helps couples with various budgets find their dream homes in idyllic locations. Jenni’s search for seaside sanctuaries takes her all over the world, and throughout the series she will also dispense valuable tips and advice to those at home who want to try and turn their dreams into reality.
“Fantasy Homes By The Sea” is the title of the show and in “Buying in Le Marche, Italy”, Jenni explores properties in the coastal areas of the region for a busy Hertfordshire family with triplet boys.
The estate agents involved are:
Move 2 Marche with Renovated farmhouse (B&B) and an Equestrian farmhouse
Paradise Possible with a Traditional farmhouse
Vinci Properties with Renovation project
CasaItalia International with a Millionaire Moment Property
Impossible for the program to not shows some of Le Marche activities presented as (controversial for locals) “Top things to do”:
Go walking on the beach;
Chalet Duilio for “Visit a seafood restaurant”;
Visit the Frasassi Caves;
Fattoria le Terrazze for “Go to a Vineyard”
The Show is watchable on “Home” a UK TV channel, available on Sky 246 and Virgin 265, and on lovehome.co.uk in shape of articles, videos and photo galleries.
In an uncertain future, with the pace at which the technology formerly known as the web will continue to evolve and grow at an increasingly aggressive rate, it'up the young generations (surely not the institution that have invested millions on a video promotion with Dustin Hoffman) cut through the noise and being able to deliver information that’s timely and valuable to users will be where many businesses will need to focus, especially real estate.
